We have a small team of people on staff for the day to day operation of our business, but have access to a wide range of proffesionals across a variety of industries.

Key Staff:

Nigel Ayling - Director and Business Consultant

Nigel has qualifications in Marketing, Management, Small Business, Training and Assesing and Web Design. He has over 20 years experience in Small Business and has worked extensively in the Retail, Travel, Golf and Ski Industries.

Nigel is President of the Merimbula Chamber of Commerce and is heavily involved in the local community. He has a passion for marketing, especially in the online world and loves to help businesses and organisations grow to their full potential.

Ruth Ayling - Training Consultant

Ruth has a Diploma in Adult Education and a Cert IV in Training and Assessing. She has worked in the corporate sector in the Electrical and Retail industry as well as working for both small and large Registered Training Organisations.
